We started to work with Jim at a stressful time where we had limited time to make a decision about buying vs. renting. My wife and I are moving from Florida to New York. Since we weren't always in NY to view the listings, Jim did multiple video walkthroughs. This was a big help. In addition, when he was out of town, he had another colleague do the final video walk through with us. This would have been difficult if it wasn't for Jim.
